This is an 8 oz bag of our organic American Elderberries grown here at The Willow Stone Farm.
American Elderberries (Sambucus canadensis) are a superior berry to it's European counterpart ( Sambucus nigra). Higher antioxidant count that doesn't break down upon heating like the European elderberry and retains it's fresh flavor profile as well. Our berries are well known to bring it to the table!
Use these dried berries to make a cup of tea or make your own syrup. This bag should produce about 5-6 8 oz jars of syrup. A great deal for fresh from this years harvest of organic American Elderberries!
